erk.
my kain finally siap- 5 weeks before the wedding. but my tailor has assured me that she will finish it in time.
but seeing it on my bed now has somehow freaked me out. i can't exactly point out why though.
so many what ifs in my head too :S
being ready for a wedding is one thing, but being ready for a marriage is a completely different thing.
there are times when i feel that i'm ready and excited about it (you can't blame me, can you :p) but there are also times when i'm dead scared!
and ooh, how appropriate is it to register for wedding gifts in brunei? hehehe. i've never actually come across anyone from brunei, let alone locals, who actually registered. i don't want to end up with 3 rice cookers, 5 kettles & 10 irons & 1 bathroom scale (ani dari si spikez kali ni. huhu.). but yeah. my work colleagues have asked me what i want, and i asked them how much they are willing to spend. hehe. i don't want to ask for a plasma tv from them now, do i? hehe.
need to shower now. mum's having a few people over in a bit.
btw, rano wants me to advertise his winning 11 tourney. hehe. since i'm not a marketing person, i'll just divert you to his site :D
replies:
Liz: you being the eldest girl, your mum probably invite sekampung. hehe. i realised that you only actually get to invite a handful of people, the rest- your parents and realtives punya guests tu. hehe. and yesh, i didn't want to be a spoilsport. hehe :p
IWANNAKAWIN2: thanks :) yeah, as they said- biar mati anak, jangan mati adat. sometimes, its a shame that religion tends to come second after adat.
