weekend!

am not that excited over the weekend. am spending this weekend working. *not complaining*. the sooner i get my case study out of the way, the sooner i can send it off to AICD and the sooner i can start studying for my exam :D

i have to admit it is one tough course but out of all the courses i did this semester, this is the only one that closely relates to the real world and my coursemates can vouch for me on that. the major con of it is probably just the assessment. 65% passing mark. thats a 5, i think. and my history with the school of business is not exactly impressive. shrugs. it doesnt matter what mark i get for the AICD assessments cos they only tell you whether you have passed or failed anyways.

the past few days have been eventful- for me! no parties, no concerts, no big things like that. just good times :) i have finally finished my final draft for my dissertation. and am just waiting for the email from my supervisor. then caught shall we dance with everyone on thursday night. heartwarming movie but i thought JLo kinda looked out of place in it. and i dont know, there was just something about the movie that bugged me big time. no, its not her ass. lol. probably the flow of the story? cant quite pinpoint it *shrugs*

have had a lot girly sessions with wanah as well too. talked about heaps of things. there were other girly sessions too. with my girls :D always enjoy them. one particular conversation helped me put my life in perspective. short-term things, enjoyment and happiness are just that- short term! bigger picture is what you need to see. afterlife. responsibilities and what not. love you, yan.

and then. there are the chat sessions with my boys. its so nice to be able to talk with men of different views and perspectives in life. there's the 'hopelessly romantic but kinda vulnerable' guy. then there's the 'am not too sure about commitment but ada girl?' guy. and the other one is the 'i dont mind commiting myself if the right girl comes along but nada ah and im not getting any younger' guy. there are all different. if i even begin to describe each of them here, it will take me all day and you all will probably know what i mean.

but it just shows that men are not the same. although, i would love to generalise them. hehe. some of them give you faith. some of them make you lose faith. i guess the only way is to treat them as different as possible but being cautious at the same wont hurt. conservative and prudent approach, id say :p

oh. this crossed my mind whilst watching shall we dance the other night. if your partner cheats on you- do you get up and leave or do you stay and fight? if you get up and leave, it might look like the relationship means nothing to you and you are willing to give it all up without a fight. on the other hand, if you do stay and fight for it AND you win, how will you know he might not do it to you again? also, does that mean you're a doormat? dont really care about being cheated on?

what will YOU do?

ooh. that seems like a lenghty post. it should probably make up for the lack of posts lately. hehe.

nah- lol. orang nda berkelahi jadi berkelahi wah olehnya dst atu. selalu. huhu.

Stinky- this brings a totally different dimension from the letterbooks we used to have yeah? ;)
