letter of intention

just got off the phone with the property manager. need to send in form 13 next month. will probably do that first week of november. yesh. im moving out of this place :D where to? brunei, insya Allah. i hope all goes well and i can graduate this semester. pretty much exciting stuff :D
if anyone is interested in renting this place, its available after 28th December and let me know. apart from applying to rental hotline, apparently, i have write a recommendation too. hehe.

its back to uni again. spent the whole morning going through contract law. it all came back to me again. i remember some of the stuff from first year undergrad. promissory estoppel was one that i am still confused. enlighten me :p

the house is still in a mess. am still cleaning it bit by bit. maybe this weekend. my dissertation is still not done. let alone my case study and term paper for corporate governance. and i still havent heard from those places i applied to. psft. and i still have a whole bunchof readings on intellectual property to do lagi by this evening.

boh. have just received two new emails from Selin. junk mails ni junk mails. hehe.

will make lunch now. am craving for that sandwich.
