Sinfully Delicious- always unattainably attractive

for everything delicious that is sinful. and for everything attractive that is unattainable.

bleurgh.

that is how i am feeling at the moment. i have just gone through some accounting work and it reminded me why i dropped accounting as my A level subject yonks ago. okay, maybe not yonks ago. that was in 1998. haha. it IS yonks ago.

i dont remember much of the subject. although i took it as an elective during my undergrad years. 1 st year it think it was. just needed to know the basics. after all, i have to know at least what a statement of financial position means *rolleyes*.

tonight's lecture is on these financial statements as well as directors' obligations. argh. i am sure it will be interesting *rolleyes again*. for someone who is thinking of doing an internship with an auditing firm end of this year, i am sure showing a lot of enthusiasm. haha.

i have finished one chapter of my dissertation. so that is one out of the way. doubt i can finish the other chapter by friday. i have tonight and tomorrow to do it. unless i pull an all-nighter tonight and tomorrow, maybe i can. i have a workshop to go to tomorrow evening though. i still havent received any confirmation on it. its a maybe then. sigh. sigh. sigh.

very 'academic' post. i dont have much time to think of other dilly-dally stuff in life at the moment. Although i had a good chat with a girlfriend last night on how men tend to give you less attention once you're within their clasp. i salute those girls who are playing hard to get. haha. at least you're keeping your guys on their toes.

asked a boy friend of mine on this and he said, 'that is just simple human behaviour. when it's a challenge, it is always exciting. once you get it, excitement over'.

which reminded me of that time when i wanted to get handbags from the coast. braved a 90 minutes train trip followed by a 30 minutes bus trip to surfers paradise. and then not satisfied with my purchases, took a 60 minutes trip to oroton's factory outlet at harbour town. missed the bus and waited for another 30 minutes. adrenaline rushing through out the journey up to the point where i paid for the bags.

lapas atu macam anti-climax. i get to enjoy my handbags once in awhile but i dont pay them a lot of attention.

phew. sama kah tu? hehe.
