cheating.

i was reading Insomniac's post regarding cheating. i have to admit, i sometimes, okay, most of the time, feel the exact same way! you hear stories about partners cheating on each other. hell, i have been in that situation- being cheated on, the cheating one and the other woman. i've even actually done all three with the same man. that was probably a sign enough that the relationship was going nowhere but downhill.

with my man, i have explained to him and made myself clear from waaaaay beginning where we will stand if he ever cheats on me:

- now: i will leave him.
- when we're engaged: i will leave him.
- when we're married but no kids and i'm not pregnant yet: i will leave him.
- when we're married with kids: i will not leave him but only because of the kids.

of course, these are the cases only if i find out right? if i dont find out? one way or another, we always will.

having said that, i might change my mind if it actually happens.

did that before. i said i would not tolerate him cheating and lying to me. but what happened? i made a complete fool of myself. believing every single lie that came out of his mouth. and made people think i was still after him despite him 'not wanting me anymore'. well, he knows and i know what he actually said.

i believe that if your partner is going to cheat on you, they will cheat on you. no matter how often you check their phone for texts and calls, their emails, their msn, or how often they 'check in, check out' with you. if they're going to cheat on you, they will- trust me! you think you're good at the prevention game, they're better at trying to hide it.

TRYING to hide it. and if they're going to hide it from you for days, weeks, months or even years- it will eventually catch up on them.

and that is the 'a tad bit bitter and pms' me talking for this month. heh.

and on a different note, happy, happy birthday to both kaka siti and jats! i almost forgot but managed to wish you girls happy birthday before it was too late! hehe. brunei time ler jats ah. hehe.
